The
course is specifically designed for any person who is involved with
working at heights and will provide the training for those that have
to use ladders, ladder stabilisation and stand off equipment and fall
protection systems. |

Fall arrest equipment introduction
Anchorage point identification
Maintenance and checking of equipment including pre use tests
Donning a safety harness
Introduction to the equipment and its safe use

| Notes |
Comprehensive
notes will be given to all students who attend the course. |
| Certification |
On
satisfactory completion of the course a certificate of competence
will be issued that will be valid for three years. All CAI courses
will be regarded as evidence of underpinning knowledge towards future
NVQ's for the industry. |
